On one side you will find a walk through of the Living Well version of ‘Lectio Divina’ – an ancient way of prayerfully reading scripture that creates space to be expectant as you listen to what God might be saying through the passage.
On the second side is the Living Well Examen prayer tool. Praying the Examen is an ancient pattern of prayer which reflects on the day – asking God to show you where He has been at work in your life and to draw your attention to areas where there is space for more of His Grace. In the Living Well tool – we use our bodies to guide us through prayer with a simple reflection tool – Head, Shoulders, Hands, Heart, Feet.
Great for popping in your Bible or keeping on your bedside table to guide you simply through moments of Stillness with Jesus.
