I offer 1:1 coaching sessions online or in person (depending on location – additional travel expenses will be added to the fee).

Coaching sessions are about creating a space for you to Pause, Ponder, Process and Plan as you reflect on your practice, process your thoughts and consider possibilities moving forward.

 

How it works:

• One Hour sessions – either as a one off session or at a frequency that suites you (via zoom or similar).
• You set the agenda for what you would like to discuss.
• Reflective Practice Tools and practical ideas for you to try out for yourself where appropriate or helpful.
• All sessions are confidential, unless a safeguarding issue is raised that requires action.

 

Cost:

Coaching sessions cost £40 per hour session.

I am keen to ensure that Wonderful Me! support is accessible and available to everyone, regardless of their budget.

To enable this, thanks to generous support, I am able to offer some part funded sessions – at a reduced rate of £20 – and some fully funded sessions. Please do get in touch to find out more about this.
