Thinking of booking some training for your team, organisation or area? Well, you are in the right place!
Let me tell you how it works!!!

Wonderful Me! training is designed to be engaging, encouraging, challenging and rooted in good practice – and to ensure it is as accessible as possible, all of our sessions can be delivered either in person or online. My hope is that training generates reflection and gives food for thought for everyone – whether you are new to children’s and youth ministry or have been involved for decades!
But don’t just take my word for it – here’s some of the feedback we’ve had …

I am very aware that learning about something is only half of the story. For training to affect positive change, we need to be able to reflect on how that learning applies in our own context. For this reason, all Wonderful Me! training sessions include a 45 minute 1:1 follow up zoom session for the team leader to create space and opportunity to ask questions and consider how to embed good practice moving forward.
I understand that many of us are working with tight budgets – so to give you an idea of costs, here is what I normally charge…
A 2 hour online training session costs £175, including one 45 minute online follow up session.
In person training is usually charged at my day rate of £300 plus expenses.
As always, I am super keen to offer support whenever I can – so please do get in touch if finance is tricky!
Here are the details of our core training sessions – but if you don’t see quite what you are looking for – please do get in touch! I am very happy to offer bespoke training to meet the needs of your team. Let’s have a zoom and we can chat about what might work best for you in your context.

A trauma sensitive approach to children's, youth and family ministry
In January 2024, I worked with CYM – The Institute for Children, Youth and Mission – to create an online learning course for them exploring what it might look like to bring a trauma sensitive approach to children’s, youth and family ministry. The course unpacks some practical tools, strategies and approaches to help ensure we are creating spaces that are led safely and, very importantly, that feel safe for every child that we are journeying with and we’ll consider how we can effectively support families in our churches and communities with care experienced children.
